Terms of payment
1. Cash settlement
It is carried out when the order is delivered by the store's courier in the amount of UAH 1200 or more. At the moment, this service is available only in Kyiv.
The cost of the service: UAH 80.
2. Money transfer at the Nova Poshta branch
Money transfer in the branch or cash on delivery is payment for the product at the time of its receipt at the post office. After that, you become its happy owner, and the sender receives the money.
The cost of the service: UAH 20 + 2% of the transfer amount
3. Non-cash settlement
It is made by payment to a PrivatBank card
of an individual entrepreneur or current account.
3.1. Payment at the PrivatBank branch by topping up the card
through a payment terminal. Location of payment terminals is possible
check on the website of PrivatBank. After successful top-up via
PrivatBank terminal, send a copy of the receipt to the manager
shop
3.2. Payment on the website, the Privat24 application or through another bank
transfer using Visa / Master Card. After
successful payment, send to the store manager
information about the date, time and amount of the transaction.
Terms of delivery
1. Delivery across Kyiv to the door
Delivery is carried out the next day or on subsequent dates (by agreement). Orders are accepted through the site and processed as soon as possible. The cost is UAH 80.
2. Delivery to the regions of Ukraine by Novaya pochta
Delivery is made to the addresses of branches and post offices of the New Post Office. If you do not know the address of a specific representative office, the store manager will help you choose the branch most suitable for you. You can also specify a specific branch in the comments to the order or inform the store manager about it. Payment for delivery is made upon receipt of the order at the New Post office.
3. Free delivery in Ukraine

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) under the terms outlined below.
Return Conditions:

Return Period
Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. -
Item Condition
Returned products must:-
be unused and in original condition;

include all original packaging, labels, seals, and documentation;

not show signs of wear or damage.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:-
Custom-made or personalized items;

Items damaged through misuse or not due to our error.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. -
Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.

In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
